We are currently hiring an installer technician. Looking for a 1st or 2nd year automotive apprentice. Tasks will include oil changes, tire rotation and repairs, minor maintenance repairs and service. Please email resumes to email@example.com.
I have worked at Discovery Ford since December 2016, but have been in the automotive business since 2014. I grew up in Alberta, where I worked in the oil and gas sector in various positions for 15 years. In 2014, when Alberta's economy went into recession, I moved to Saskatoon and started my career in the automotive industry and eventually ended up moving here to Burlington in 2016. I’m really enjoying the career change, as every day I get to meet new people. I love seeing the excitement and smiles on my customers faces when I hand them the keys to their new Ford. In my spare time you can find me at the gym or out on the beach.
Andrea Agnew Bio
I have been with Discovery Ford for 9 year. Although my background is Social Work, my passion for cars and my love of helping people was what led me to the automotive industry.
My interests include a keen love of muscle cars and trucks. I love driving high performance mustangs and hope to one day own a ’68 Mustang fastback. My F-Series truck takes me on many fun adventures, which include snowmobiling, fishing and of course shopping trips.
I always enjoy spending time with family and friends by taking in a hockey or baseball game or playing a round of golf.

One of my proudest accomplishments and most definitely the most awesome experiences of my life was hand delivering my son on the bathroom floor.
I played both hockey and baseball competitively until the age of 40 – so basically just a couple of years ago.
In my spare time I love to play golf, but mostly spend as much time as I can with my grandchildren.

Ezio D’Ignazio Bio
Ezio makes it eeZee to get into a Ford @ Discovery Ford because he is easy to deal with!
I have been in the sales world since 1995. Looking back, who would have thought a paper route, selling vegetables for a neighbor and producing wedding videos in my spare time would have led to an automotive sales career? Here I am 40+ years later and a guy like me has done very well in sales. The truth of it is that I am very fortunate because I love what I do. The best part of my sales career at Discovery Ford is the people. I work with great people. I get to meet many very nice people and some of them become very good customers and also very good friends. I don’t think that it gets much better than this. I really enjoy turning people into happy customers.
Some of my other interests include wine making, photography, music (drumming), Mustang enthusiast, home repairs, a full-time dad, a son and a brother.

One of my proudest accomplishments is that I purchased a new restaurant in Burlington, Ontario.
Mark Wilson Bio
I was born and raised in Oakville with family and friends that worked at the plant nearby. I was raised as an only child, but I come from a large family being the 9th child. My closest sibling is 19 years older than myself. My father was a jeweler and believed people needed to reward themselves once in awhile and I’ve adapted that in my outlook on what I do now.
This year I will celebrate my 9th anniversary at Discovery Ford. I was previously a customer and liked the way I was treated so when I migrated into sales I chose to work at Discovery Ford. Before Discovery Ford, I was an Operations Manager at a Tier 1 supplier. I was responsible for servicing production facilities and the suppliers. This included everything from robotics to motors – basically anything with parts and a brain.
When I’m not working I keep myself busy with golf, brushing up on my movie knowledge (I consider myself a movie buff) and watching YouTube concerts with my three girls.
I always treat my customers with the same respect I would want and know they deserve. I am extremely proud that I am able to look my customers in the eye when I see them around town knowing that I provided them with the best customer service experience I could have.
Morgan Parlee Bio
I have worked at Discovery Ford for four years, but have been in the automotive industry for a total of 17 years.
My hobbies include fishing, snowmobiling, off-roading and building my 1927 Ford Model T Roadster.
I enjoy going to car shows and swap meets and hitting the lakes in search of the notorious Muskie.
I am proud to say that I was able to build one of my dream cars in my garage at home and on a minimal budget.
Paul Singh Bio
My name is Paul Singh and I have been with Discovery Ford Sales for 42 years. My passion is collecting Ford tractors and vintage Ford collectables. I raise a fancy breed of pigeon and consider myself a part-time farmer and lifetime, die hard Maple Leaf fan.
Sharon Maynard Bio
As of March 2015, I will celebrate my 20th anniversary with Discovery Ford. What I enjoy most about working in the dealership is the interaction with our clients. Many of them have been purchasing or leasing vehicles from me since I started here and now their children and grandchildren are too. I appreciate that they take the time to drop by to say hello when they’re in the service department or when we cross paths outside of the dealership. Many have become personal friends. It gives me great satisfaction when a client is truly happy with his or her new vehicle, and I feel privileged to be a part of that experience.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, knitting, baking, sewing, drawing, refurbishing and painting old furniture, gardening and long walks with our dog, Sheba (whew, when do I have time to work?). I’m married to Paul. I’ve lived in Burlington my entire life and graduated from McMaster University with an Honours B.A. in English and Art History. There were quite a few years between University and beginning to work in automotive sales but the journey has been most satisfying. A sincere thank you to all those whom I have been able to assist in the past. I look forward to serving you in the future.

I enjoy camping and fishing, but mainly sitting around a fire and relaxing.
I am proud to say that I am a new Grandad, or should I say Pops!
Susan Pompilio Bio
I have been working in the automotive industry for the past 11 years. Two of those years have been spent at Discovery Ford, however I have a much longer history with the dealership, as it is the place I met my husband. 15 years ago he sold me a vehicle and the rest is history!
My favourite part of my job is sitting down with my customers and truly helping them find the right vehicle to suit their lifestyle. Whether they are looking for a vehicle to drive to work or taking kids to soccer practice, I enjoy seeing how excited they are through the entire process. I love the feeling of handing the keys over to my customers knowing that I was able to help. It’s the journey of the sale that I truly enjoy.
When I’m not at work I’m spending my time with my four grandchildren, cooking, traveling, listening to music, dancing and spending time with friends. Family and friends are the utmost important part of my life. I have had friendships for over 55 years. If you are a friend of mine, you are like family.
